Document processing
In cooperation with Data B. Mailservice a further digitising of document processing is realised. The activities focus on the continued development of the document portal Dboxx, used by clients of Data B. Mailservice to issue assignments for the processing of documents and allow them to closely monitor the process of sending and follow-up (e.g. payments).
Traditionally, these documents are designed and printed as personalised mail in Data B. Mailservice’s own printing centre. However, there is an ongoing trend to deliver an ever-larger portion of these documents digitally, or as a combination of postal and digital.
Furthermore, tailor made solutions are realised for specific demands of Data B. Mailservice clients in the domains of local government, housing corporations, water authority, and utility corporations.
Online Transaction processing
In the domain of online payment and digital identity we work at the realisation of a payment processing platform (routing service). This platform processes transactions for web shops and online payment or identity service providers.
The platform acts a gateway to banking systems of large banks in The Netherlands and across Europe. This platform demands high levels of availability, security and privacy protection.
Health care mobile applications
In the domain of health care, we develop mobile apps which brings innovation to this domain.
We also see a high demand for scalable solutions in hospitals and smaller practices. Also for this domain a high level of availability, security and privacy protection is demanded.
Innovation in Retail
In retail we see a revolution occurring. Customer experiences in online and offline move closer together.
By integrating new devices in the shop combined with building customer profile, the gap between online shop and brick and mortar shops is bridged. As a result the customer is approached in a more personal way, and new possibilities are offered for ordering, delivery and payment. By deploying mobile apps the customer experience is further intensified.
